- If your abuser chooses not to settle, Seth will file your lawsuit and take it to trial – if necessary
- Before a case proceeds to trial, it goes through the Discovery Phase:
- All parties will serve and/or respond to questions and document requests
- Depositions will be taken
- Expert witnesses will be located and retained
- Certain matters relating to the case will require that the attorneys argue before a judge
- Seth will discuss with you in detail the discovery, trial and other processes if and when they become necessary
- Seth will remain available throughout the representation of your claim to answer any questions or deal with any concerns that you might have
