Trial and Verdict

  • If your abuser chooses not to settle, Seth will file your lawsuit and take it to trial – if necessary
  • Before a case proceeds to trial, it goes through the Discovery Phase:
    • All parties will serve and/or respond to questions and document requests
    • Depositions will be taken
    • Expert witnesses will be located and retained
    • Certain matters relating to the case will require that the attorneys argue before a judge
  • Seth will discuss with you in detail the discovery, trial and other processes if and when they become necessary
  • Seth will remain available throughout the representation of your claim to answer any questions or deal with any concerns that you might have
