- Promptly reporting abuse to the police enables them to start obtaining critical corroborating evidence
- Typically, there is no statute of limitation with regard to criminal charges of sexual abuse in North Carolina
- While the appropriate district attorney’s office will pursue your case, Seth will help you deal with the police and work with them while criminal proceedings are ongoing (Seth does not represent victims in any criminal cases)
