SUIT FILED AGAINST KINGSWAY BAPTIST CHURCH
On September 20, 2011 we filed a lawsuit against Pastor Bradley Price, his son Bobby Price and King’s Way Baptist Church on behalf of a man who alleges that he was repeatedly sexually abused by Bobby Price, his youth minister. It is also alleged that Pastor Bradley Price knew or should have known that Bobby Price was unfit to be a youth minister and was engaging in inappropriate behavior. On June 2, 2011, a lawsuit was filed in Asheville (Buncombe County, NC) against Michael Carter, alleging that he began abusing my client when she was 3 years old while she was enrolled at Rainbow Child Care, a day care where he and his wife Angela were employed that was owned by his parents, Patricia & Burnette Carter, in the late 1980’s – early 1990’s.
