SETH LANGSON FILES AGAINST ROMAN CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF CHARLOTTE, NC
Yesterday, Seth Langson, along with Leto Copeley, filed a suit against the Roman Catholic Diocese of Charlotte on behalf of two men who allege that they were abused by Father Joseph Kelleher. It is also alleged that the Diocese knew or had reason to know that Father Kelleher was a child abuser . A copy of the filed Complaint is posted below.

SUIT FILED AGAINST KINGSWAY BAPTIST CHURCH
On September 20, 2011 we filed a lawsuit against Pastor Bradley Price, his son Bobby Price and King’s Way Baptist Church on behalf of a man who alleges that he was repeatedly sexually abused by Bobby Price, his youth minister. It is also alleged that Pastor Bradley Price knew or should have known that Bobby Price was unfit to be a youth minister and was engaging in inappropriate behavior. SUIT FILED AGAINST DR. PHILIP FEATHERSTONE
I along with co-counsel Leto Copeley, filed suit against Philip Featherstone and his chiropractic clinic. The suit alleges that Dr. Featherstone touched the plaintiff in a sexually inappropriate manner while treating her and violated accepted standards of practice for chiropractors.
