Seth has handled numerous cases brought against therapists for violating boundaries and having a sexual relationship with the patient. These included obtaining the first verdict in the state against a therapist for such conduct.
In 2010, Seth was co-counsel for the plaintiff in the largest settlement paid to date by the Charlotte Diocese to an abuse victim. Currently, Seth is representing three men who have asserted claims against the Roman Catholic Diocese of Charlotte.
Seth has successfully litigated claims against the Boy Scouts and YMCA.
Seth has successfully litigated a case against a hotel on behalf of a woman who was raped while she was a guest at the hotel.
Seth has handled numerous cases against relatives on behalf of sex abuse victims.
Seth has handled multiple cases against pastors and youth ministers on behalf of sexual abuse victims.
Seth has also been doing clergy abuse cases involving numerous denominations since the 1980’s.
